Fairfield Inn & Suites Palm Coast I-95

I stayed with family 2 adults and 2 kids for one night. My room 2 queen bed non-smoking. Room and bathroom clean and no smail. It was Very quiet night. Front lady and other people who were friendly.

The hotel was kind of alright. I paid the exact amount for my stay, but all of a sudden they we're taxing me and said I have to give them a $20 dollar deposit. It's bad enough I had to travel 30 minutes from the hotel to the concert in Daytona Beach, which I've should've book a hotel there instead of Palm Coast. Unfortunately, the hotels at Daytona Beach are booked and prices are too high so I have no choice but to book it at Palm Coast. Then they say it takes 7 days to put my $20 dollars in the bank which makes no sense. Knowing I don't have that kind of money to put in a deposit when I need that money or more for food,gas, and emergencies. I barely made it back to Georgia due to how much gas in my car could take. The view outside was not good at all and there ain't no good channels on TV I want to watch. Lucky for me I bought my DVD carrier. The only thing good about the hotel is I have free breakfast. Next time I need to look at the reviews and ratings before I start to book a hotel. I'll be better off booking near Daytona Beach or Orlando. This place got to do more better.

Management and staff went out of their way to help me when I left my medication behind in my room. Five stars!!

It's an old hotel, the chair in my room was old and dirty, the bathroom cleaning job was average

I was very disappointed after seeing this as an "excellent" rating on *******. It was not well kept and was not very clean. Shower door was broken and leaked water all over the unclean floor.

Everyone was friendly and efficient. Check in was painless. Great breakfast lots of choices. Rooms were very clean. Would stay there again.

Fairfield Inn and Suites in Palm Cost was so clean and had great friendly service. Jaime, Kimberly and Victoria were awesome. They accommodated us with everything we needed. Love that they have breakfast and 24 hour coffee and tea. Definitely will be back. From the lobby, bathrooms and rooms all very clean.

The front desk clerks were professional and very welcoming. Check in was a very easy process especially after a 15 hour drive. The room was spotless! Parking lot is well lit and over all felt safe walking anywhere around the premises. Will definitely come back!

The staff was amazing and very friendly. The rooms were a little tired and site could use some landscape improvements. The great staff overshadowed the other comments
